« Magnifique hôtel situé dans un golf. Le cadre est luxueux et calme. Le parc aquatique est superbe. Beaucoup de transats sur place. La chambre était très belle, décoration et style de bon goût, très belle salle de bain. Vue sur le golf et le lac. Petit déjeuner servi dans un restaurant du site, service lent mais le repas était bon. Une très bonne adresse de séjour près de Houston. »

« The air conditioning did not keep the room cool during the day, however it did keep the room cool at night. We also asked for towels at the front desk we were told. “We didn’t have any, and that the ones they did have the employee did not know if they were clean or dirty “ Other than that the stay was just fine. The front desk employees were friendly and our room appeared clean. »

« Customer service was amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the knocking/thumping sound from the AC wall. Kept me up at night. I reported the issue to the front desk staff. Hopefully they get that fixed for the next person who stays in the room. Besides that, we have an amazing stay. »

« The A/C thermostat was non negotiable. Stayed two nights, 1st night the temp was perfect, 2nd night was a little warm for a good night sleep. Other than that it was a perfect stay for my needs. »

« L’odeur de la chambre était horrible. Le bain était taché. L’air climatisé fonctionnait bien. Lors du check in vers 21h, nous avons essayé d’avoir une serviette supplémentaire parce qu’il y en avait juste deux pour une chambre de 4 personnes et ils n’avaient pas accès aux serviettes à cette heure. En sommes, nous avons eu ce que nous avons payé pour. Par chance, on allait à la chambre juste pour dormir. »

« Beautiful, clean, quiet room with a few workout items (bands, exercise ball, foam rollers, etc.) in the room made it super convenient to exercise in the hotel room. I also loved the turkey sausage and egg breakfast sandwich ($13). Also, the entire staff was very helpful. One front desk agent immediately switched me to a different room on arrival when I complained that there was a barking dog in the room next door. Perhaps that's the one negative thing I can say about this hotel: they allow pets. »
